We will usually not be the low bid for your services, but if you are taking bids, we would like an opportunity to submit a proposal. We prefer to bid a project where the owner says how much they are willing to spend and then let the landscapers bid on the amount of service that will be performed for those dollars. We usually win this type of bid.

Our typical rate is $25 per man hour. This will vary depending on the type of work and equipment and labor involved in completing the project.

Regular service rates are less than 'one time' service rates.

It seems that there must be at least 100 new lawn care companies starting up every spring, then get out of the business in the winter. They usually have cheap, non-commercial equipment that will not offer our level of quality, professional equipment or service. They are usually the low bids and win jobs this way. Usually the owner will get what they pay for... if you always go low bid.. you will always get low bid service.

These low bid companies have hardly no overhead. We are insured, have spent over $50,000 on professional grade equipment, and only hire experienced and professional service technicians. Our preventive maintenance program is expensive but assures that our customers always get the finest cut with commercial grade equipment in excellent working order. So we knew when we got into this business we would not be the low bid company nor do we want to be.
